When you make it alive from New Vegas, this is a good place to catch some breath. It was
settled by asian community at the beginning, and it kinda stayed that way. The offsprings of
old Asia had kept their love for style, weird shit and technology. A lot of tech-freaks came in
the first wave, and they just couldn’t wait to create some crazy cyber-hyped tech. Nyan is the
first district where you can see hovercrafts, but it’s just old rusting boxes and you never know
when one is gonna land on your head. But people fly anyway, coz everyone wants to reach the
level advertised tirelessly on the huge holographic commercials you just can’t escape from
here. And pretty much anywhere on the island.
